Oliver Glasner was left disappointed with elements of Crystal Palace 's performance despite a dominant 3-1 victory over AZ Alkmaar in the Conference League .
Palace produced a statement win at Selhurst Park , with one goal from Maxence Lacroix and a brace from Ismaila Sarr making it two wins from three in the Conference League.
AZ, though, had the better of the play in the opening stages, and Glasner said there was still plenty for his side to improve after their third successive win in all competitions.
"I think the first 10-15 minutes, we did not do well. We looked a little bit surprised with the intensity of AZ, how quick they played and how we showed it," Glasner said in his post-match press conference.
