BOLIVAR, Mo. — Destiny Wheeler isn't mincing words regarding her sister, Charme Komer, who has been charged with assaulting their mother this past Halloween.

"For the first time, in her entire life, Charme has to stand up and deal with the consequences of her actions," Wheeler said. "She should be in Hell, and that's where she belongs."

Polk County authorities say this past weekend, they responded to a home on Highway F, where they say Komar told them they found her door kicked in and their mother severely injured.

Komar told police she drank ten shots of whiskey on Halloween, but has no memory of what happened that night.

Court records say something much darker happened.
