RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) -- A now infamous neighborhood of Rapid City is once again the site of a high-risk drug investigation for the Pennington County Sheriff's Office and the Rapid City Police Department.

KELOLAND's Tyler Louder takes us to Star Village for the latest on this afternoon's incident.

Star Village residents near the searched location were asked to stay back or to stay in their homes during this high-risk situation.

"There's been an on-going drug investigation here in the 100 block of East Signal Drive. Due to the potential risk factors of that search warrant, SRT was asked to assist with the search involved with the search warrant, which we did." RCPD Captain Andy Becker said
