Residents in need of legal guidance will have the opportunity to meet with attorneys during a free legal advice clinic on Friday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Coweta County Justice Center, 72 Greenville St., in Cranford Hall on the first floor.
The event, organized through the Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP), will provide assistance to financially eligible individuals on a range of civil legal matters.
Attorneys will be available to answer questions related to family law, including child support, custody, divorce, legitimation, paternity and name changes, as well as estate and legal planning, such as wills, advance health care directives and powers of attorney.
Help will also be available for housing issues, including landlord-tenant disputes and property matters.
