Ryan Dinwiddie is the Ottawa Redblacks’ new general manager and head coach largely because he is an exceptional offensive coordinator.
He will retain that title as well in his move from the Toronto Argonauts to the nation’s capital, and that, in itself, should give hope to the Redblacks’ long-suffering fan base.
