SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- She's considered to be one of the best high school volleyball players in the country for her age.
But Julia Masselink of Harrisburg isn't playing with her high school team right now.
That's because she's been selected to play on a much bigger stage for TEAM USA.
Julia Masselink, who is an outside hitter, has been playing volleyball for most of her young life.
Now, the 6'2" freshman is soaring to new heights after being one of 12 players from across the country selected to play for Team USA in Costa Rica.
"I'm honored to wear the red, white, and blue," Masselink said.
Team USA has already beaten Puerto Rico and Mexico.
"It's been amazing, all these girls coming together and I've known some of them at other camps, but it's so awesome to just play with them
