Praline Sauce
Ingredients: • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 2 tablespoons butter • 1 (5 oz. can) evaporated milk • 1/8 teaspoon iodized salt • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 1/4 cups pecan halves • 8 oz. cream cheese or Brie, room temperature
Directions: • Place both sugars, butter, evaporated milk, salt, cinnamon, and chipotle chili powder in a heavy saucepan. • Stir mixture constantly with a wooden spoon over medium heat, until sugars dissolve and butter melts. • Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. • Once mixture begins to boil, start a
