A 58-year-old Pierce County woman has died after a tree fell on her car near Enumclaw during Tuesday afternoon’s storm.
The tree struck the victim’s vehicle at approximately 8 p.m. as she was driving eastbound on SR 410 near Crystal River Ranch, and a tree fell directly onto her car, according to KIRO 7 .
The vehicle was pushed roughly 50 feet after the tree fell onto the car and eventually came to a stop on the right shoulder of the roadway.
