ATLANTA — In a USDA Food and Nutrition Service memo sent to states, the Trump administration is now signaling SNAP recipients will see 65% of their November benefits rather than a previously stated 50% as the government works to comply with court orders to keep paying them out during the government shutdown.

11Alive obtained the USDA FNS memo Thursday; NBC News also reported the new 65% instead of 50% figure Wednesday night, citing Trump administration sources.
