CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- As the government shutdown drags on, the Salvation Army in Charlottesville is seeing a sharp increase in people turning to them for help.
Major Donald Wilson, who oversees the local chapter, says demand for services has risen dramatically over the past month.
