Elizabethtown dad took 6 kids, ran from cops when he learned CYS was on the way: police

An Elizabethtown man was charged with kidnapping after he took his six children and fled from police in an attempt to avoid Children and Youth Services, police said.

Robert John Christensen Jr., 39, of Elizabethtown, was charged eighteen felony counts, including kidnapping, interference with custody of children and concealing the whereabouts of a child. He was also charged with obstructing the law.
