A search is underway for a missing man believed to be lost on Burke Mountain in Coquitlam, B.C.
Coquitlam RCMP is asking for help in locating the man, 65-year-old To Sang Alfred Wong.
He was last seen in his vehicle, a grey Chevrolet Cruz, at his home near Apel Drive and Coast Meridian Road on Tuesday, according to an RCMP statement.
Police found his vehicle Wednesday at the trailhead of the Coquitlam Lake Trail in the 5000-block of Harper Road.
Police describe Wong as an Asian man, who is five feet three inches tall, with a slim build and balding with grey hair.
Al Hurley, a search manager with Coquitlam Search and Rescue (SAR), said the SAR search started Wednesday after they were called around 2 p.m. PT.
