STETSON -- A man was arrested today in Stetson after fleeing police.
According to the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office, just before 10:30 Thursday this morning, deputies responded to a residence on the Mullen Road at the request of Maine probation and parole officers.
Officers were attempting to locate 40-year-old Mackenzie Sibley on a probation revocation warrant.
Upon the officers' arrival, Sibley reportedly barricaded himself in the bathroom with a large knife.
Due to Sibley's criminal history, additional resources were called, including the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office K-9, Memphis.
Sibley fled out the back door of the residence before the K-9 team's arrival.
According to the sheriff's office, Memphis was able to track Sibley and lead officers to him through thick wooded
