WESTPORT, Conn — Two men were arrested Thursday afternoon in Westport after an armed robbery of an armored car driver and a police pursuit.

Police arrested Keith Greene, 32, of Waterbury and Davon Younger, 33, of Bridgeport on a variety of charges related to the incident.

Officers received a 911 call at 12:33 p.m. reporting that the robbery happened at at the Wells Fargo Bank at 422 Post Road East.

The driver of an armored car retrieved a cash deposit from inside the bank and was walking out when a suspect allegedly pointed a revolver style weapon at him. Police said a second suspect forced the victim to the ground to take the victim's bank bag.

The victim's deposit bag, firearm, keys, phone and a scanner were stolen in the struggle, according to police.
