When Frankenmuth lost star Madison Geer to an injury earlier this season, the Eagles went into scramble mode.

That scramble paid off with a Division 2 district championship Thursday after Frankenmuth earned a 25-23, 22-25, 25-12, 25-14 win over Birch Run at Flint Hamady.
