BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the first time since Tuesday's election for Buffalo Mayor, outgoing acting Mayor Chris Scanlon is sharing his thoughts about Sean Ryan's win, sharing some advice for the mayor-elect, and even defending his staff.

"How much time do ya got?" Scanlon joked with 2 On Your Side photojournalist Franco Ardito.

Scanlon outlined some of his priorities he want to finalize before leaving office.

"We've talked all along about the things like the parking authority, finalizing things there and getting things set up so they can bond out for the money early next year, things like that," Scanlon said.

Despite a very contentious primary back in June, the acting mayor says he wants to make sure the new administration has what they need to hit the ground running.
