Bullitt East football defeated North Hardin 28-21 on Thursday in a KHSAA Class 6A first-round playoff game.

Responding to 21 unanswered points in the third quarter, Cole Cornell ’s 14-yard connection to Jack Pope in the fourth quarter gave the Chargers the victory and sent them into the second round of the playoffs. They will face St. Xavier next week.
