Former Falcons running back Jamal Anderson was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of felony domestic violence at his home in Los Angeles.
Police told NBC LA that they responded to the San Fernando Valley home around 11 a.m. for an alleged dispute and officers determined that a verbal altercation turned into a physical one in which Anderson allegedly strangled the victim.
Medics were called to the scene, but the victim declined treatment, NBC LA reported.

Anderson was arrested and taken to jail on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
Jail records viewed by The Post indicated that Anderson was booked into jail
