HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The federal immigration raid conducted Wednesday on Kauai targeted employees of Hawaii Care and Cleaning, the same company that agreed to pay $3.8 million in January to settle a wage and hour lawsuit with the federal Labor Department.
Multiple sources confirmed that many of the people arrested during the operation were employed by the Kauai-based cleaning company owned by entrepreneur William “Bill” Allen.
