The Irish Independent revealed last month that the company was being lined up for a sale, with Fulham as the likely buyer.
Nualight has not actively publicised the sale in Ireland and previously refused to respond to queries related to the planned acquisition by Fulham.
New filings for Nualight show that all but one of its directors prior to the sale – including Mr Quinn, former CEO Andrew Cronin, finance director Siobhan O’Sullivan and executive chairman Peter Mazalon – have now resigned as directors of the company.
Antony Corrie and David Cosgrove of Fulham have been appointed as directors. Mr Corrie is Fulham’s chief executive, while Mr Cosgrove is its chief financial officer.
