FERRY COUNTY, Wash. – The Ferry County Sheriff’s Office reported a significant power outage affecting nearly the entire county on Thursday night.
The outage was first reported around 9 p.m., and officials have yet to provide an estimated time for when power will be restored.
Residents are being asked to use the Sheriff’s Office phone line, 509-775-3132, as the after-hours contact for Ferry County Public Utility District No. 1. However, officials urged the public to only call in emergencies due to the high volume of calls dispatchers are handling.
