LITTLE ROCK — The state Capitol and area courthouses have been busy in the few days as over 330 candidates have filed so far in Little Rock, while countless others have turned in paperwork at courthouses.
As of Thursday, numerous candidates filed at the state Capitol in Little Rock. Rep.
