ITV in talks with Comcast's Sky for $2.15 billion media unit sale

(Reuters) -ITV said on Friday it was talks with Sky, owned by Comcast, over a potential sale of the British broadcaster’s media and entertainment unit for 1.6 billion pounds ($2.15 billion) including debt.
