Samsung Is Ready To Bring Out Its First LPDDR6 DRAM Products Next Year, Will Also Showcase PM9E1 22x42 Gen5 SSD At CES 2026

CES 2026 is just a few months away, and the organization has announced its Innovation Awards for 2026. Among the list are two products for Samsung, which will make their debut at the event; these include the new LPDDR6 memory and PM9E1 Gen5 SSD.

Starting with the LPDDR6 memory solution, Samsung will be offering its first LP6 DRAM solutions next year, as expected . The company will be leveraging its 12nm process technology for LPDDR6, offering up to 10.7 Gbps speeds and 21% higher efficiency than LPDDR5 products.
