The William Floyd High School Barbering Academy, part of the district’s award-winning Career and Technical Education offerings, recently began providing free haircuts and shape ups for students at William Paca Middle School and William Floyd Middle School! Students from Cara Cliffe’s senior barbering class recently visited both schools to hone their skills and provide a valuable service to their younger peers! They plan visiting each school once a month to further develop the skills they’ve been learning in the classroom and to experience what it is like to work with real clients.

Their inaugural visit to each school in October was a massive success, as more than 90 students received haircuts from the high school barbers! The Barbering Academy is looking forward to continuing this program
