Bhansali Productions is finally taking its 2012 action comedy, 'Rowdy Rathore', ahead. While an official announcement is underway, IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt that Sanjay Leela Bhansali's production company is on its way to rolling out new titles, even as Bhansali himself remains busy with 'Love & War'. One of them is the much-anticipated, and discussed over the years: 'Rowdy Rathore 2'.

An industry source confirmed that the studio has finally decided to go big on the film and convert it into a franchise. The source said, "Bhansali Productions is actively working on several major projects, including 'Rowdy Rathore 2'. It's one of the studio's biggest franchises with a strong pan-India fan base."
