Aurangabad (Bihar) [India], November 7 (ANI): Ahead of the second phase of Bihar elections on November 11, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the RJD and Congress of "obstructing Bihar's progress" during Nitish Kumar's first nine years as Chief Minister, and his "double-engine" government had allocated "three times more money" for the development of Bihar.
"During the first 9 years of Nitish Kumar as the CM, there was an RJD -Congress government at the centre... They constantly obstructed Bihar's development. They did not let Nitish Kumar work... In 2014, when I got the opportunity to serve, a double-engine government was formed in Bihar. We allocated three times more money for the development of Bihar...," PM Modi said at a public rally.
