Jammu, Nov 06: In T.A./122/2025 in WPC-2275/23 titled SEEMA NARGOTRA Vs UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU after hearing CAT ordered as under:-

The present matter pertains to the year 2023 and, vide order dated 04.09.2024 , was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court to this Tribunal.

On 20.03.2025, as no reply had been filed, the Registrar, University of Jammu, was directed to file the reply failing which he would remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing, i.e., 15.05.2025.

On 15.05.2025, the reply was still not filed, and the respondents were granted one more opportunity.

The matter was again listed on 22.07.2025, on which date the learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. M. A. Shad, submitted that the reply would be filed during the course of the day and was directed to supply
