This will be the last mild day for a while, as colder air rips in this weekend and lasts for about four days. As precipitation draws near this weekend, we could be talking about the first snowflakes of the season for many communities in this area!

Saturday's chance will be for the southern half of the area, where some rain/snow may mix together. Accumulation is not anticipated as this chance comes around in the afternoon and evening.

Sunday's chance for snowflakes will be in the late morning and afternoon, where spots of snow showers or flurries could occur. Once again, no accumulation is expected as any snow will melt on contact.
