The eighth-seeded Jesuit Crusaders (7-2) play host to the No. 9 Tualatin Timberwolves (6-3) on Friday night in a 6A Oregon high school football playoffs first-round matchup .

Coach Ken Potter’s Crusaders won the Metro League title with a 5-0 league record. They are led by Metro League defensive player of the year Jack Tuenge at linebacker, along with several other all-Metro selections .

The Timberwolves, coached by Dom Ferraro, finished fourth in the Three Rivers League with a 2-3 league record. Among their many all-TRL selections is senior Connor LaGrow, a co-offensive lineman of the year for the league.
