(Undated) — The first snow of the season is expected in South Dakota this weekend. The National Weather Service is predicting anywhere from a dusting to at least an inch of snow in the eastern part of the state. A mix of rain and snow is expected for much of the rest of South Dakota. Forecasters say scattered precipitation will begin after midnight Saturday morning and continue through the late evening.
