A woman has shared her distressing experience of being 'trapped' in a cable car at Alton Towers for 'an hour and a half' with young children, describing it as a 'traumatic ordeal'.
Léla-Jane Jack says four adults and four children from her group were stuck in the Skyride carriage, which had recently reopened after refurbishment. The group found themselves stranded mid-air on October 27.
Léla-Jane also claimed that members of their party, who suffer from medical conditions such as autism, ADHD, anxiety disorder and irritable bowel syndrome, were made ill by the incident.
