SHOALS - North Daviess Lady Cougars made their season debut an impressive one with a 61-24 win at Shoals on Thursday evening at the Rox Box.

The visitors fronted 30-15 at the half and then went on a 17-0 scoring binge in the third quarter; the fourth quarter saw an IHSAA running clock instituted as 11 of 13 ND players found the scoring column in the opener.
