FERRY COUNTY, Wash. — Power has been restored to Ferry County after an outage impacted the entire county for almost a full day.

According to the Ferry County Sheriff's Office, power went out around 9 p.m. on Thursday and was not restored until just before 1 p.m. on Friday.

The cause of the outage is still unknown.

During the outage officials reminded people that they do not need to call to report the outage, and they are asking people to keep their phone lines open and to only call 9-1-1 if it is a true emergency.
