Amber Enterprises India Ltd reported a consolidated net loss of ₹32.9 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a net profit of ₹19.2 crore in the same period last year, the company said in an exchange filing on Thursday (November 6).
Revenue from operations declined 2.2% year-on-year to ₹1,647 crore from ₹1,684 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The company attributed the weaker performance to higher costs and muted demand in some of its key business segments.
Amber Enterprises, which manufactures air conditioners and components for consumer durables and electronics, also noted the impact of seasonality and slower offtake from clients following a strong summer quarter.
