President Donald Trump 's approval rating dropped several points in the past month, according to the latest Emerson College Polling survey released on Friday (November 7).
Trump was reported to have a 41% approval rating, which was a four-point decrease from 45% reported in the survey conducted in October. The president was also reported to have a 49% disapproval rating, which was a 1% increase from October.
“Nearly one year after he was elected, President Trump’s approval has flipped since the first Emerson College poll of the new administration,” said Spencer Kimball , executive director of Emerson College Polling. “Since his inauguration, Trump has lost support among key groups: Republican voters’ approval decreased 12 points from 91% to 79%, and his disapproval intensified a
