Lata is a hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience at top-tier brands, including Oberoi and Marriott. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management from Lucknow University and a PGCHRM from the highly regarded XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Lata started her career at Oberoi Hotels, before taking on different leadership roles in Suryagarh, at Jaisalmer and Westin Gurgaon.
