It’s all part of a movement called “the great meme reset of 2026.” If it works, we could see the return of classic memes and jokes, made popular by millennials (you’re welcome).
Middle school teacher and TikTok teen slang guru Mr. Lindsay talked about “the great meme reset of 2026” in his latest video. “Apparently, what they want to make happen, is they want to get rid of the brainrot by going back to the quote, ‘good memes.’”
So, their new year’s resolution is to “reset all of the memes with the old memes.”
