A young mother is among those missing after a UPS cargo plane crashed in Louisville, Kentucky on Tuesday, according to her employer.

Megan Washburn, 35, a scrap metal buyer and customer experience agent of Grade A Auto Parts and Scrap Metal Recycling, is missing, the company's owner, Sean Garber, told NBC News. Garber's business was one of two properties partially destroyed in the crash. Washburn, a mother of two, was working on the day of the crash and has not been heard from since, he said.

Garber also confirmed that another one of his employees, John Locke, is missing.

Their families have submitted samples of her DNA to investigators to see if any of the recovered bodies are a match, Garber added.
