In a startling revelation, the chargesheet by the Delhi Police qouted Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimji (41), who allegedly attacked Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, as saying, “If I kill Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, no one would dare to touch any dog across the nation. It will give me huge fame too.”
During interrogation, Rajeshbhai initially tried to mislead the police by fabricating a story about seeing a dream of a dog. However, when confronted with his co-accused, Tahsin Raja Rafiullah Shaikh alias Bapu, he broke down and confessed to having lied about the dream.
