ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - After a long bye week, the Tigers prepare for an epic matchup against Texas A&M Saturday.
Mizzou took a hard loss to the chin on October 25, against Vanderbilt. Quarterback Beau Pribula went down in the third quarter with a dislocated ankle, and freshman Matt Zollers stepped up.
It seems as if the Tigers lost all hope, but Zollers showed that he can hang with the big dogs of the SEC.
What Now?
Zollers will start for the Tigers this week. During the game against Vandy, he threw for 138 yards and a touchdown.
For the last play of the game, Zollers threw a hail mary to receiver Kevin Coleman Jr. just shy of the end zone. This could have shifted the whole momentum of the game, but officials said that it was short.
