A royal biographer has claimed that King Charles occasionally sleeps separately from Queen Camilla due to a lesser-known health issue affecting his breathing at night.
In his newly published book The Windsor Legacy: A Royal Dynasty , Robert Jobson revealed that the King battles “draining sleep apnoea.”
The author also noted that the monarch now relies on a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) device to keep his airways open and prevent breathing disruptions.
Sleep apnoea, a condition in which breathing repeatedly stops during sleep, can lead to severe fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and other health complications if left untreated.
