A 3-2 win over the Smiths Falls Bears on Thursday keeps the Cornwall Colts in the upper half of the Central Canada Hockey League Jr. A standings as the 2025-26 season enters its third month.

The Colts’ win pushed Cornwall into third place at this still-early stage of the season, with 20 game points keeping them just a point ahead of the Navan Grads and Kemptville 73’s, and three points behind the Ottawa Jr. Senators.

The interesting statistic on the leaderboard? Cornwall is the only team in the top half of the table with a negative goal differential, at 54 goals for and 58 goals against.
