The new federal budget was announced earlier this week, heralding many boosts for various arts entities. But one line item amid the hundreds of pages trilled an entire arpeggio’s worth of intrigue: the government “is working with CBC/Radio-Canada to explore Canada’s participation in Eurovision .”
