ATLANTA — A new line of custom-made buses will be "Cruisin' in the ATL" for the next year in honor of Outkast's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Atlanta-based group, made up of Andre 3000 and Big Boi, is known for their innovative blend of funk, soul, jazz, and storytelling that redefined Southern hip-hop, bringing more attention to the music scene happening in the Peach State capital.

However, before becoming hip-hop icons, Andre Benjamin and Antwan Patton were students at Tri-Cities High School in East Point. The soon-to-be Hall of Famers emerged from a dark, basement studio in Southwest Atlanta called "Dungeon," where they learned to perfect their sound in the 1990s.
