CHARLOTTE — The Panthers are going back to a look that paid off the last time they wore it.

They're wearing black jerseys, black pants, and black socks, with the traditional silver helmet this week against the Saints.

This is the same combination they wore last December against the Cardinals, for the 36-30 overtime win.

Chuba Hubbard won that game with a 21-yard touchdown in overtime, part of a 25-carry, 152-yard day with two touchdowns.

Bryce Young threw touchdown passes that afternoon, and also ran five times for 68 yards and a touchdown, as the Panthers finished one after some late-season near-misses against the Chiefs, Buccaneers, and Eagles.

Adjust your wardrobes for the weekend accordingly.
