Moty and Liliane Cohen founded the hair-care line Oligo Professionnel in Montreal in 1986.

Designed with professional stylists in mind, the Canadian collection was founded with the goal of offering salon hair-care products that were “healthier and safer” for stylists and clients.

In 2022, the Cohens expanded their offering to include a line called Alcôve. Made in Montreal, the younger collection taps into the “heritage of innovation and performance” of the older sister brand, while offering a sustainable spin.
