KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police are working to find a suspect in the death of a man found shot to death on a Kansas City sidewalk.

It happened near East 39th and Chestnut Avenue in KC, MO.

The 911 call came in for a shooting in the area just before 11 a.m., Nov. 7.

Officers found the man’s body lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. EMS immediately responded and declared him deceased.

Homicide detectives gathered evidence and are looking for any possible witnesses in the area.
