Holt Farms is located on 11.8 acres to the southeast of the intersection of Bandit Trail and John McCain Road, according to city documents.

The neighborhood will have upscale, custom-built houses developed by Calais Custom Homes starting at $2.5 million, according to the statement of planning objectives submitted by Calais Custom Homes and the land planner, Sage Group Inc .
