Humphries, an appellate attorney from Spring City, Tennessee, told the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court this week. "We think that the jury's verdict was supported by the evidence. This [verdict] didn't even amount to 17 days of revenue for them—that's shorter than the trial."
